Waste Management & Recycling
Phasing Out Single-Use Plastics
To cut down on unnecessary waste, we have eliminated plastic bottles at the event and in hotels. Every attendee has been notified to bring a reusable water bottle, to use with water refill stations conveniently placed throughout the venue.
Smart Sourcing for Event Materials
We strive to minimize the use of unsustainable materials in event props and decorations, ensuring a more responsible approach to event planning.

Responsible Food Redistribution
Any surplus food from IAPCO 2025 will be thoughtfully shared among those who have contributed to the success of this event, ensuring it is redistributed in a meaningful and responsible way.

Exploring Taipei the Green Way
Taipei’s convenient and extensive public transportation system provides plenty of options for visitors to explore the city. All IAPCO delegates will receive an EasyCard, the local transportation card, which can be used on buses, MRT, trains, and shared city bikes (if registered), as well as in convenience stores, supermarkets, and some restaurants.

The core theme of "We Are of A Tribe” symbolizes how despite differences, and through challenging times, our industry can come together with shared goals and values, mutual respects, and collaborative spirits. Throughout the event, we highlight Taiwanese diversity with a decolonial approach, in all aspects of event planning. Our catering choices (menus and offerings) also ensures an authentic, equitable, and culturally rich experience for all.
