By Credit Card
We accept international credit cards: Visa and MasterCard.
Your credit card issuer may charge a currency exchange fee, and you will be responsible for any such fee.
The actual rate will be determined by the exchange rate set by your credit card issuer.
For payment via credit card, please ensure that your payment is completed within 24 hours of registration. Failure to do so will result in automatic closure of your registration account, and you will need to create a new account to register again.
By Wire Transfer
Wire Transfer Information
You may pay the total registration fee in NTD. Attendees are responsible for any currency exchange fees and discrepancies.

The bank account information for wire transfer is provided in the confirmation letter sent to your email address.
To Acknowledge Receipt of Your Payment:
Please include your Registration ID and Name in the payment remarks of the wire transfer.

Payment Deadlines:
Please ensure your payment is received by the early registration deadline to qualify for the discounted rate. Payments made after this deadline will be subject to the regular registration rate.

Confirmation of Registration
Payment by credit card
You will receive a confirmation letter after the registration and a receipt after the payment has been completed.
Payment by wire transfer
You will receive a confirmation letter after the registration. Once we verify that your payment has been received, our registration team will email you a receipt.
Cancellations & Registration Changes : To request the cancellation of your registration, please email registration@iapco2025.com
Currency Consideration : Since payments are made in NTD (New Taiwan Dollar), refunds will also be issued in NTD. Attendees are responsible for any currency exchange differences when converting to their local currency. This policy applies to all refunds.
Refund Timing : All refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the AM&GA.
Refund Method : Approved refunds will be processed after the AM&GA, using the original payment method.
Bank Charges : Attendees are responsible for any bank fees related to the refund process.
Replacement or Transfer
A replacement or transfer is permitted upon receipt of a written request from the attendee on or before 20 January 2025 (UTC+8). No requests for replacement or transfer will be accepted on or after 21 January 2025.
Insurance
Participants are encouraged to obtain their own travel and medical insurance and to extend their coverage to include personal possessions, as registration for IAPCO AM&GA 2025 does not cover individual booking cancellations, theft, or damage to belongings.
Disclaimer
While every effort will be made to deliver the program as advertised, IAPCO 2025 reserves the right to modify or cancel any arrangements, programs, or related items without prior notice due to circumstances beyond its control. The IAPCO 2025 AM&GA Secretariat is not responsible for any losses or inconveniences resulting from these changes. If the AM&GA is canceled, all pre-paid fees will be fully refunded. However, the IAPCO 2025 AM&GA Secretariat is not liable for any losses or inconveniences arising from such cancellations.
